Cretaceous Period

The Cretaceous Period was a time that seen the biggest carnivores ever seen on earth. Spinosaurus, Giganotosarus, and, most famously T-Rex, where considered the largest carnivores that have ever stepped foot on this planet, with a minimum height of 12 feet among these 3 fierce creatures, it could be quite a dawning site for any dino that crossed their path, however, this could of spelled a competition for dominance as well.

The Spinosaurus and Giganotosaurus where around in the same period as each other , whereas T Rex was a bit later on in the Cretaceous. With Spinosaurus being especially adapted to aquatic swimming and catching fish, science suggests it would also be prominent on land also, due to its bone structure.
